Three lines of business, one phone tree, one office in Anaheim. The form below routes to the right desk. The phone numbers below skip the form. Either way you reach a real person at the office, not a call center.

Common questions, straight answers.
What is Progressive Partners and how is it different from Progressive Property Management or Progressive Association Management?
Progressive Partners is the parent firm. Property Management, Association Management, and Real Estate are three lines of business under the same umbrella, with the same Anaheim office, the same DRE# 01958885, and overlapping branch managers. You can hire any one line independently. You can also hand off cleanly between them, which is the practical reason the umbrella exists.
Where is your office and what areas do you serve?
Our office is at 1290 N Hancock St, Suite 103, Anaheim, CA 92807. We serve Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties across all three lines of business.
How do I reach the right line of business?
For real estate, call our main line at 1-800-665-2149 and ask for the real estate desk. For property management, (714) 528-3100. For association management, (714) 528-5522. Or use the contact form on the line page itself and we route from there.
Do you charge for a property-management or association-management proposal?
No. Property Management offers a free rental analysis. Association Management delivers a custom proposal within 24 hours of the call, packaged as a single-page summary you can hand to your board.
What guarantees does Property Management offer?
Eight, in writing: Better Tenant, Payment, Service, Fee, Response, Satisfaction, Happiness, and Rental. The full text of each guarantee is on the Property Management page. If we miss a guarantee, we pay a real financial price, not a soft apology.
My HOA already has a manager. Why would we switch?
We do not pitch a switch on a phone call. We send a 24-hour proposal with our fee structure and what we cover, you compare it to what you have, and the board decides. The two reasons boards usually move to us are billing transparency and the fact that our community managers also run residential property management, so they actually understand the unit they are managing.
I am a licensed agent. Do you recruit?
Yes. The agents portal at agents.progressivepartnersinc.com/why-progressive walks through the income mix and how the three lines of business build recurring income on top of your real estate book. The application is on that site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CA DRE License #01958885 covers the real estate brokerage. Our community managers carry CACM credentials. Our residential property managers carry NARPM membership. We are bonded and carry workers comp consistent with California real estate brokerage requirements.
